Job summary

Lex Markets Corp is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR and recruitment for our Dubai operations. The role spans across Sales, Business Development, Trading/Dealing, Operations, Compliance, Finance, Marketing and other corporate functions in the Forex/CFD industry.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on brokerage recruitment experience, strong UAE HR knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced brokerage environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in HR / Talent Acquisition.
• Minimum 2+ years in a Forex / CFD brokerage.
• Hands-on brokerage recruitment experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of UAE visa, work permit and onboarding processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Forex/CFD brokerage roles.
• Develop talent acquisition strategies to attract industry professionals.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate network within the Forex, CFD and financial brokerage industry.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with strong exposure to the Forex / CFD brokerage industry to manage end-to-end HR and talent acquisition activities for our Dubai operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in brokerage recruitment and a strong understanding of hiring across Sales, Business Development, Trading/Dealing, Operations, Compliance, Finance, Marketing and other corporate functions within the Forex/CFD industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Forex/CFD brokerage positions.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified industry professionals.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate network within the Forex, CFD and financial brokerage industry.
• Source, screen and hire candidates across Sales, Business Development, Trading/Dealing, Operations, Compliance, Finance, Marketing and Corporate functions.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 4+ years of experience in HR / Talent Acquisition.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience within a Forex / CFD brokerage.
• Hands-on brokerage recruitment experience is mandatory.
• Proven ability to source and close candidates within the Forex/CFD industry.
• Strong understanding of UAE employment and HR practices.
• Practical knowledge of UAE visa, work permit and onboarding processes.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Strong candidate and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced brokerage environment.
• Experience handling both recruitment and general HR responsibilities is preferred.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Candidates currently based in Dubai/UAE will be preferred.
• Candidates with an established network within the Forex/CFD brokerage industry are highly desirable.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be given preference.
