VerityX Talent in Dubai seeks a hands-on Head-hunter / Talent Acquisition Specialist with proven experience recruiting Retention and Conversion Sales professionals within CFD, Forex or wider financial services. You will own end-to-end recruitment for high-volume desks, headhunt directly, and onboard new hires, guiding the performance of our in-house recruitment team.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment delivery: end-to-end sourcing, screening, offers, joining and onboarding.
• Team leadership: guide in-house recruiters, allocate vacancies, set priorities, coach sourcing and screening.
• Reporting and data: maintain trackers, pipelines, and KPI metrics; present to senior management.
• HR and onboarding support: visa coordination, onboarding documentation, ensure smooth handover to departments.

# Head-hunter / Talent Acquisition SpecialistDubai, UAEUnited Arab EmiratesThe region's commercial engine — DIFC, global banks and a fast-moving tech scene.We are seeking a hands-on, target-driven Head-hunter / Talent Acquisition Specialist with proven experience recruiting Retention and Conversion Sales professionals within the CFD, Forex or wider financial services sector. Deep understanding of the Central and Eastern European (CEE) business landscape as well as language skills.This is a delivery role, not an administrative one. You will own end-to-end recruitment for high-volume sales desks, headhunt experienced candidates directly rather than waiting on applications, and guide the performance of our in-house recruitment team.
