Job summary

Arriyadh Roaster Trading Company is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead policy development, recruitment, payroll, and employee relations in our Sharjah operations.

You will design HR strategies, manage contracts, ensure labor law compliance, and oversee HR systems while guiding teams and maintaining accurate employee data.

Qualifications

• Experience with HR policies and labor law compliance.
• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, attendance, leaves, and benefits management.
• Proven ability to manage employee files and data accuracy.
• Experience with performance management systems and training plans.
• Ability to handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
• Supervise recruitment, talent acquisition, and candidate selection processes.
• Manage employee contracts, including renewals and terminations, according to approved procedures.
• Supervise payroll, attendance, leaves, and benefits.
• Manage employee files and ensure data and documents are up to date.
• Monitor employee performance and implement performance evaluation systems.
• Develop training and career development plans.
• Handle employee complaints and issues and improve the work environment.
• Monitor compliance with labor laws, internal regulations, and approved policies.
• Prepare periodic HR reports and submit them to senior management.
• Plan future workforce requirements and the HR budget.
• Supervise electronic HR systems and programs.
• Manage procedures for Saudi and non-Saudi employees, including residency permits, social insurance, and relevant government entities.
• Provide management with consultations regarding employees, regulations, and policies.
