Client of Staffona HR Solutions is seeking an HR Manager to lead HR operations in Abu Dhabi, covering onboarding, records, policies, employee relations and offboarding. The role ensures UAE labor law and WPS compliance and coordinates visa/labor card processing.

You will advise leadership on HR strategy and workforce planning, and maintain policies and the employee handbook. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR Generalist/Manager experience, including at least 2 in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, MOHRE processes and WPS.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency with HR systems.
• Fluent English (Arabic a plus).
• HR certification (CIPD/SHRM).
• Experience managing a multinational workforce.
