The Bussola Group in Dubai seeks a seasoned HR leader to steer the full HR function and define the people strategy in collaboration with the CEO. You will shape talent attraction, development, retention, and a high-performance culture while ensuring UAE Labour Law compliance.

You will own recruitment, onboarding, leadership development, performance cycles, and workforce planning, and you will design competitive salary structures, incentives, and payroll governance.

Formación

• 12+ years HR experience with 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Bachelor's in HR/Business Admin; Master's/MBA preferred.
• CIPD Level 7 or SHRM-SCP preferred.
• Strong UAE Labour Law knowledge.
• Strategic thinking, leadership, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Responsabilidades

• Develop HR strategy aligned to business goals; advise on org design, workforce planning, people risks.
• Own end-to-end recruitment, employer branding, onboarding; build leadership pipelines.
• Run performance cycles, succession planning, high-potential programmes; drive mobility.
• Design salary structures, grading, incentives; benchmark pay; oversee payroll/WPS.
• Deliver training and build leadership capability.
• Lead employee engagement, culture, and manage employee relations fairly.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law, MoHRE, WPS, GPSSA, visas, and Emiratisation.

SUMMARY

REQUIREMENTS
