Job summary

Loginet is seeking a dedicated HR Specialist to join our Dubai office. You will manage HR functions, with a focus on talent acquisition, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating offers to support our regional growth.

You will also handle HR administration, maintain employee records, manage onboarding and offboarding, ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, and contribute to policy development and employee relations to foster a positive workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offers.
• Solid knowledge of UAE Labour Law and compliance.
• Ability to manage onboarding, offboarding and HR records.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening and interview coordination.
• Manage interview processes and offers to support Dubai office growth.
• Maintain employee records and HR administration tasks across the employee lifecycle.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Support performance management and employee relations initiatives.
