Job summary

Besix International is seeking a Graduate Trainee in HR focused on Emiratisation in Dubai. This role involves supporting the recruitment, onboarding, and development of UAE National employees, helping manage applicant databases, coordinating interviews, and facilitating onboarding. Ideal candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, and possess strong communication skills in Arabic and English. Qualifications

• Must hold a bachelor's degree relevant to the role.
• Able to communicate effectively in Arabic and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Talent Acquisition team in achieving Emiratisation hiring targets.
• Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for UAE National candidates.
• Maintain and update the database of UAE National applicants.
• Support participation in career fairs and recruitment initiatives.
• Assist with onboarding formalities for new hires.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth onboarding.
• Address queries related to UAE National employment matters.
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development for training assignments.
• Track training completion and maintain records.
