Qualifications

Responsibilities
Support the Talent Acquisition team in achieving Emiratisation hiring targets.
Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for UAE National candidates.
Maintain and update the database of UAE National applicants.
Support participation in career fairs and recruitment initiatives.
Assist with onboarding formalities for new hires.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth onboarding.
Address queries related to UAE National employment matters.
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Collaborate with Learning & Development for training assignments.
Track training completion and maintain records.
