SIX Construct, a BESIX Group subsidiary, seeks an Emiratisation Strategy & Recruitment leader in the UAE. You will develop, implement and continuously enhance Emiratisation initiatives aligned with UAE regulations and organizational objectives.

The role includes leading UAE national recruitment, expanding graduate pipelines, and ensuring regulatory compliance across projects. You will collaborate with HR, site teams and government bodies to drive engagement, retention and career development for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or psychology or related field.
• 3+ years HR experience, preferably as HRBP or Generalist.
• Proven Emiratisation initiatives experience in UAE.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement and enhance Emiratisation strategy in line with UAE regulations.
• Ensure compliance with Emiratisation laws and reporting requirements.
• Lead recruitment for UAE Nationals and expand Graduate Programme.
