Job summary

Elite Group in Dubai is seeking an HR Generalist to handle HR duties at a professional level, supporting organizational development, compliance, employee relations, engagement, performance management, HR operations, accommodation management, HRIS and administration.

You will create job descriptions, set KPIs with heads of departments, conduct probation evaluations, manage health and safety, circulate memos, process employee requests, and ensure disciplinary actions meet legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop job descriptions for all designations within the business.
• Set up KPI measurements for all employees with department heads and HR Manager.
• Conduct probationary period confirmations with division heads.
• Perform periodic performance evaluations and suggest improvements aligned with business goals.
• Liaise with Administrators on workplace incidents, investigate, and apply disciplinary actions per legal requirements.
• Monitor and administer company accommodation and keep accommodation records updated.
• Ensure employee health and safety by monitoring working conditions and guiding policy implementation.
• Circulate employee birthdays in coordination with Administrators.
• Engage with employees through activities to maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensure updated forms and templates are available in respective folders.
• Weekly circulate motivational quotes and suggest inspiring quotes as needed.
• Circulate memos for public holidays and transitions in coordination with the HR Manager.
• Receive and process employee requests (Salary Certificates, NOCs, etc.) with approvals.
• Review and approve employee schedules to ensure business support without disrupting operations.
• Ensure timely procurement of departmental stationery in coordination with Administrators.
• Visit all locations to meet employees, understand needs, and address them timely.
• Monitor and renew medical insurance for all employees across the group.
• Prepare commission structures and ensure fair disbursal in coordination with Sales and Accounts.
• Record and monitor stamps issued to employees and prevent misuse.
