Job summary

DataOne is seeking an HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle and day-to-day HR operations in the UAE. You will handle onboarding, contracts, leaves, payroll data, and HR compliance, serving as a point of contact for staff and managers.

The role requires 2–4 years in HR, a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, and strong English with French helpful. Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 2–4 years of HR Generalist/HR Admin experience.
• Experience with HRIS systems; Odoo, ADP, Paycom or TriNet is a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of HR administration, labor regulations, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage full employee lifecycle: contracts, onboarding, transfers, promotions, offboarding.
• Prepare HR docs and amendments per policies and regulations.
• Maintain confidential employee records and handle leave and attendance.
• Support payroll data collection and HR reporting.
• Ensure HR policies and audits compliance.
