Job summary

Loco Bear in Dubai and Abu Dhabi seeks an HR Executive to drive essential HR processes and ensure UAE Labour Law compliance.

You will manage recruitment, screening, interviews and onboarding, including visas, Emirates ID and medical insurance, along with attendance, leave and payroll inputs. The role also focuses on employee engagement and staff communications to support a positive work culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in HR, Business Admin or related field
• 4-6 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE
• Solid knowledge of UAE Labour Law
• Strong Excel and Word skills (HRIS is a plus)
