Job summary

Loco Bear is looking for an experienced HR Executive to support its growing operations across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, visa processing, payroll coordination, and day-to-day HR administration in line with UAE regulations.

The role requires strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and excellent organizational and communication skills. A bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of UAE HR experience are preferred, with HRIS experience considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 4–6 years HR experience, preferably in UAE.
• Solid knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with HRIS is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Handle visa processing, work permits, Emirates ID applications, and medical insurance coordination.
• Maintain attendance records, leave management, and payroll input documentation.
• Organize employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and internal staff communications.
• Ensure HR operations comply with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
