Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in Dubai is seeking an HR Executive to support the HR Manager across core activities, ensuring a positive employee experience while applying HR policies and processes.

You will handle employee relations, talent acquisition for retail and back office, employee engagement, onboarding, lifecycle events, and HR reporting, while maintaining Workday data and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources with exposure to employee relations and talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidentiality.
• Familiarity with HR policies, procedures and local labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Support employee relations, ensuring adherence to HR policies and labor laws, performing boutique visits and employee check-ins, and assisting with disciplinary matters and Performance Improvement Plans with the HR Manager.
• Coordinate with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition to maintain job descriptions and participate in recruitment processes for retail Sales and Back Office positions.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, gathering feedback and assisting with internal events, communications and engagement programs.
• Manage onboarding, probation, confirmation, transfers and offboarding, while maintaining Workday data and supporting HR communications.
• Prepare dashboards and reports, analyze HR trends, and coordinate HR projects and initiatives.

Are you a good match?

You have previous experience in Human Resources, with exposure to employee relations, talent acquisition, employee engagement and employee lifecycle management.

You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and are comfortable building trusted relationships with employees and managers. You are organized, proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of confidentiality and a fair and consistent approach.

You are comfortable working with HR systems, data and reporting, and have a good understanding of HR policies, procedures and local labor laws.

As an HR Executive, you will support the HR Manager across key HR activities, contributing to a positive employee experience while ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies, processes and initiatives.

In This Role, You Will

• Support employee relations, ensuring adherence to HR policies and labor laws, conducting regular boutique visits and employee check-ins, and assisting with disciplinary matters and Performance Improvement Plans in close collaboration with the HR Manager.
• Contribute to Talent Acquisition by coordinating with Hiring Managers and the Talent Acquisition team, maintaining job descriptions and participating in recruitment processes for retail Sales and Back Office positions.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, following up on action plans, gathering employee feedback and assisting with internal events, communications and engagement programs.
• Manage key employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, probation, confirmation, transfers and offboarding, while maintaining accurate Workday data and supporting HR communications.
• Contribute to HR strategy and reporting by preparing dashboards and reports, analyzing key HR trends, supporting business presentations and coordinating HR projects and initiatives.
