Job summary

RTC-1 Employment Services seeks an HR Executive for a premium café in Abu Dhabi. The role covers HR administration, attendance, leave tracking, payroll coordination, and compliance with UAE Labour Law across multiple outlets.

You will coordinate recruitment, onboarding, contracts, visa processing and renewals, and manage employee relations, appraisals, and disciplinary procedures in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years HR experience in F&B or Hospitality.
• Hands-on experience with attendance, payroll, recruitment and HR administration.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, visa processing and employment documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR administration, employee records, attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination across multiple restaurant and café outlets.
• Coordinate recruitment, interview scheduling, onboarding, employment contracts, visa documentation, and employee renewals.
• Handle employee relations, performance evaluations, disciplinary procedures, and HR compliance in accordance with UAE Labour Law.
• Conduct regular FOH and BOH operational audits, ensuring compliance with SOPs, employee grooming, hygiene, attendance, and workplace discipline standards.

Job Description:
