Job Description / Role:
We are looking for an experienced HR Director with a strong background in the FX/CFD industry. The HR Director will be responsible for leading and developing the HR function across multiple countries, supporting international teams, and ensuring effective HR strategies, policies, and processes across different markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the HR function across multiple countries and international offices.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding.
- Work closely with senior management and department heads on workforce planning and organizational development.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee processes across different jurisdictions.
- Oversee international recruitment and ensure the company attracts and retains high-quality talent.
- Support employee relations and handle complex HR matters across different countries.
- Ensure HR practices are aligned with local employment regulations and company policies.
- Develop compensation, benefits, performance, and employee engagement strategies.
- Lead and develop HR teams and establish efficient HR structures and processes.
- Provide HR reporting, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
Experience Required:
- Proven experience as an HR Director, Head of HR, or senior HR leadership professional.
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
- Mandatory experience within the FX, CFD, forex brokerage.
- Strong experience managing HR operations across multiple countries and international teams.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, international organization.
Skills Required:
- Excellent knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and organizational development.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Languages:
Fluent English is mandatory; Hebrew language skills are an advantage.
