Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an HR Executive / HR Specialist for its Dubai-based pharmacy retail network to manage licensing, recruitment, onboarding, and regulatory compliance.

The role covers end-to-end license renewals (DHA, MOHAP, DOH/HAAD), store-level facility licenses, audits, payroll inputs, and vendor records, with a focus on regulatory readiness.

A Bachelor’s in HR or related field and 2+ years in healthcare or multi-site retail HR are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• Minimum 2 years HR experience in Pharmacy/Retail healthcare.
• Sound knowledge of health authority licensing regulations (DHA/MOH/DOH).
• Proficiency in HRIS, document management and Excel for trackers.
• Strong organizational skills and compliance focus.

Responsibilities

• License renewals: DHA/MOH/DOH and state boards for pharmacists.
• Track store-level facility licenses to prevent downtime.
• Maintain compliance tracker for licenses, insurance, and medical certificates.
• Recruitment, screening and onboarding for pharmacists, technicians, store managers and staff.
• Payroll inputs with attendance, shifts and regulatory deductions.
