Job summary

Medon Pharmacy is seeking a Pharma Executive with a Pharmacy degree and UAE experience but without an active DHA/MOH/DOH license. You will support daily pharmacy operations and provide exceptional customer service while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities include assisting the licensed pharmacist, managing inventory, displaying products, handling billing and POS tasks, and coordinating with branch management as needed.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree required (B.Pharm/Pharm.D or equivalent).
• Must have UAE pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the licensed pharmacist in day-to-day operations of the pharmacy.
• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers to products.
• Support inventory management including stock replenishment and expiry monitoring.
• Ensure shelves are well-stocked and properly displayed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy premises.
• Assist with receiving, checking, and storing pharmaceutical products and medical supplies.

Medon Pharmacy is seeking a Pharma Executive who holds a Pharmacy degree and has prior UAE pharmacy experience but does not currently possess an active UAE health authority license (DHA/SHA/MOH/DOH). The Pharma Executive will support daily pharmacy operations, deliver excellent customer service, and assist the licensed pharmacist while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the licensed pharmacist in the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and guiding them to appropriate healthcare and wellness products.
• Support inventory management, including stock replenishment, expiry monitoring, and stock rotation.
• Ensure shelves are well-stocked, organized, and products are properly displayed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy premises.
• Assist with receiving, checking, and storing pharmaceutical products and medical supplies.
• Support billing, POS transactions, and other operational activities as required.
• Help maintain accurate inventory records and report stock discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and retail operational standards.
• Coordinate with branch management to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Participate in training and development programs as assigned.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Branch Manager or Licensed Pharmacist.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / Pharm.D or equivalent).
• Previous UAE pharmacy experience is mandatory.
• Does not currently hold an active DHA/MOH/DOH license.
• Good understanding of pharmacy operations and retail healthcare practices.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with pharmacy systems is an advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts based on operational requirements.
