Job summary

Armani Pharmacy LLC in Dubai seeks a licensed Pharmacist to join our growing community pharmacy team. You’ll provide safe pharmaceutical care, counsel customers, and assist with duties to support operations and growth.

The ideal candidate has DHA licensing, strong communication skills, and knowledge of UAE regulations, with experience in retail pharmacy in the UAE preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / Pharm.D.)
• Valid DHA Pharmacist License or eligibility to obtain one
• Previous experience in a community/retail pharmacy in the UAE is preferred
• Strong knowledge of prescription and OTC medicines
• Good understanding of UAE pharmacy regulations and professional standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good English communication skills; Arabic or other languages is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good computer skills and familiarity with pharmacy POS/inventory systems

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription and non-prescription medicines accurately and safely in accordance with UAE regulations
• Review prescriptions and ensure appropriate dosage directions and potential interactions
• Provide professional advice and counselling to customers regarding medications and side effects
• Recommend OTC medicines vitamins and skincare products based on customer needs
• Maintain proper storage handling and inventory control of medicines and products
• Ensure compliance with DHA and UAE pharmacy regulations and internal SOPs
• Maintain records for controlled medicines as required
• Monitor stock levels expiry dates and product recalls
• Support purchasing stock replenishment and inventory management
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships
• Assist with health/wellness services and pharmacy promotions
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Participate in audits quality improvement activities and SOP implementation
• Work with staff to achieve operational and sales targets
• Maintain a clean organized and professional pharmacy environment

Job description

We are looking for a licensed and customer-focused Pharmacist to join our growing community pharmacy team in Dubai The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe and professional pharmaceutical care supporting customers with their medication and healthcare needs and contributing to the growth and smooth operation of the pharmacy The ideal candidate should have strong communication and customer service skills good product knowledge and a professional approach to patient care

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription and non-prescription medicines accurately and safely in accordance with UAE regulations and pharmacy standards
• Review prescriptions and ensure appropriate medication dosage directions and potential interactions
• Provide professional advice and counselling to customers regarding medications dosage administration precautions and possible side effects
• Recommend appropriate OTC medicines vitamins supplements skincare personal care and healthcare products based on customer needs
• Promote responsible self-care and refer customers to a physician when necessary
• Maintain proper storage handling and inventory control of medicines and pharmacy products
• Ensure compliance with all applicable DHA and UAE pharmacy regulations and internal SOPs
• Maintain accurate records for controlled and regulated medicines as required
• Monitor stock levels expiry dates damaged products and product recalls
• Support purchasing stock replenishment product organization and inventory management
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional relationship with customers
• Support pharmacy promotions health campaigns customer engagement activities and business development initiatives
• Assist with health and wellness services offered by the pharmacy where applicable
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently
