Job summary

MEDON PHARMACY in Dubai is hiring an Assistant Pharmacist to support day-to-day pharmacy operations and customer service. The role focuses on assisting the licensed pharmacist, maintaining stock, and ensuring accurate POS transactions.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's in Pharmacy and have UAE experience; active DHA/MOH license not required yet. This role demands strong communication, attention to detail, and flexibility for shifts in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with pharmacy systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist the licensed pharmacist in the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and guiding them to appropriate healthcare and wellness products
• Support inventory management including stock replenishment, expiry monitoring, and stock rotation
• Ensure shelves are well-stocked, organized, and products are properly displayed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy premises
• Assist with receiving, checking, and storing pharmaceutical products and medical supplies
• Support billing, POS transactions, and other operational activities
• Help maintain accurate inventory records and report stock discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and retail operational standards
• Coordinate with branch management to ensure smooth daily operations
• Participate in training and development programs as assigned
• Perform other duties assigned by the Branch Manager or Licensed Pharmacist

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with pharmacy systems is an advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts based on operational requirements.
