Job summary
Tanqeeb in Dubai is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join our community pharmacy team. You will dispense medications, review prescriptions, counsel customers, and ensure DHA and UAE standards are followed.
The role emphasizes strong communication, product knowledge, and exceptional customer service. You will assist with stock, promotions, and health campaigns while maintaining a clean, compliant pharmacy environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/Pharm.D) with DHA license or eligibility.
- Experience in a community/retail pharmacy in the UAE is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of prescription and OTC medicines and UAE regulations.
Responsibilities
- Dispense prescription and non-prescription medicines safely and accurately.
- Review prescriptions for appropriate medication, dosage and interactions.
- Counsel customers on medications, administration, and side effects.
- Promote OTC products and health and wellness items tailored to customer needs.
- Maintain stock, inventory control and regulatory records as required.
- Support promotions, campaigns and health initiatives in the store.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy environment.
