Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in HR Operations and Administration within the UAE.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour laws and visa processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel Management: book domestic and international travel within approved budgets and policies.
• Payroll Administration: support salary processing and payroll records.
• Document Management: maintain organized records and compliant filing systems.
• Reporting & Compliance: prepare periodic operational and management reports and support audits.
• Team Support & People Management: supervise and train junior staff and ensure service delivery.
