Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust HR frameworks: policies, procedures, performance management systems, recruitment processes, onboarding, compensation & benefits, career pathing, and retention strategies.
• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle (white-collar and blue-collar), coordinate interviews, and manage onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Facilitate performance management cycles, succession planning, and talent development programs.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Oversee PRO activities, visa processing, expatriate logistics, staff accommodation, transportation, and travel logistics.
• Manage office operations, including facilities management, procurement, licensing, vendor contracts, and internal communications.

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.

A minimum of 10 to 15 years HR and/or administration experience, including significant experience in oil & gas or infrastructure project environments.
