Job summary

TalentOne is seeking an HR Account Manager to manage client accounts, oversee manpower outsourcing, and deliver HR services from our Abu Dhabi location. You will build strong client relationships, identify workforce requirements, and coordinate onboarding, payroll, operations, and invoicing activities.

The role involves conducting client meetings, preparing proposals and service agreements, tracking deployments and renewals, and ensuring service delivery meets client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 3-5 years' experience in account management, recruitment, outsourcing, or HR services.
• UAE experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and client-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and identify workforce requirements.
• Coordinate onboarding, payroll, operations, and invoicing activities.
• Conduct client meetings and prepare proposals, pricing, reports, and service agreements.
• Track deployments, contract renewals, and service delivery.
• Resolve client issues and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate new business.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with company and UAE labour requirements.
