Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an HR Account Specialist in Abu Dhabi to manage client accounts, oversee manpower outsourcing, and deliver HR services. You will coordinate onboarding, payroll, operations, and invoicing while maintaining CRM records and ensuring UAE labour compliance.

You will conduct client meetings, prepare service proposals, pricing, and agreements, and track deployments and contract renewals. Strong communication and client-management skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in account management, recruitment, outsourcing, or HR services.
• UAE experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and client-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with CRM/MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and identify workforce requirements.
• Coordinate onboarding, payroll, operations, and invoicing activities.
• Conduct client meetings and prepare proposals, pricing, reports, and service agreements.
• Track deployments, contract renewals, and service delivery.
• Resolve client issues and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate new business.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with company and UAE labour requirements.
