Job summary

Tanqeeb, a recruitment and HR outsourcing provider in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is seeking an HR Account Manager to oversee client accounts, manage manpower outsourcing, and deliver HR services.

You will coordinate onboarding, payroll, operations, and invoicing, conduct client meetings, and prepare proposals, pricing, reports, and service agreements. You will track deployments, renewals, and service delivery while maintaining CRM records and UAE labour compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in account management, recruitment, outsourcing, or HR services.
• UAE experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and client-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with CRM/MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and identify workforce requirements.
• Coordinate onboarding, payroll, operations, and invoicing activities.
• Conduct client meetings and prepare proposals, pricing, reports, and service agreements.
• Track deployments, contract renewals, and service delivery.
• Resolve client issues and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate new business.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with company and UAE labour requirements.
