Desert Islands Resort & Spa by Anantara in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Assistant Housing Manager to oversee accommodations for hotel team members, ensuring safe, comfortable housing and timely issue resolution. You will manage housing assignments, address residents' concerns, and maintain a positive living environment.

This role collaborates with maintenance, security, and People & Culture to enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards, keep records, and continuously improve resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day housing facilities operations, including check-ins, check-outs, maintenance requests, and cleanliness.
• Coordinate housing assignments, ensuring fair distribution and efficient utilization of available spaces.
• Maintain accurate records of housing occupancy and related documentation.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure accommodations are in good condition and meet safety standards.
• Arrange timely repairs and maintenance services as needed.
• Act as the primary point of contact for housing residents, addressing concerns, queries, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Foster a positive living environment, promoting community spirit among residents.
• Ensure housing facilities comply with health and safety regulations and guidelines.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify hazards and address them promptly.
• Maintain clear communication with residents and People & Culture Leader, reporting significant issues or trends.
