Job summary

Qualifications

Hands-on knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, AC, painting and general maintenance.
Experience in staff accommodation, hotel, resort or residential property maintenance is preferred.
Willingness to live and work in a remote resort location.

Responsibilities

Carry out daily preventive and corrective maintenance across staff accommodation buildings.
Attend maintenance requests related to electrical, plumbing, AC, painting and general maintenance.
Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, facilities and equipment.
Perform AC cleaning and preventive maintenance.
Respond to maintenance complaints and emergencies promptly.
Ensure safety and quality standards in all maintenance work.
Maintain tools and materials in good condition and report defects.
