Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, AC, painting and general maintenance.
• Experience in staff accommodation, hotel, resort or residential property maintenance is preferred.
• Willingness to live and work in a remote resort location.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily preventive and corrective maintenance across staff accommodation buildings.
• Attend maintenance requests related to electrical, plumbing, AC, painting and general maintenance.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, facilities and equipment.
• Perform AC cleaning and preventive maintenance.
• Respond to maintenance complaints and emergencies promptly.
• Ensure safety and quality standards in all maintenance work.
• Maintain tools and materials in good condition and report defects.
