Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our Abu Dhabi properties. You will lead a diverse team, conduct regular inspections, and ensure adherence to the highest cleanliness standards for guest rooms and public areas.

You will train staff on best practices, manage supplies and safety procedures, and provide timely feedback to improve performance, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in hospitality management or housekeeping preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Proven ability to manage a diverse team and foster a collaborative and respectful workplace culture.
• Strong understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
