Job summary

Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Residences is seeking a Team Leader for Housekeeping to drive service excellence in our luxury hotel in Abu Dhabi. You will lead and support colleagues, uphold Hyatt standards, and ensure rooms and public areas meet the highest cleanliness and presentation requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to coach and develop team members in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Experience with Opera PMS is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of Housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel environment.
• Previous supervisory or team leader experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Opera or hotel management systems is an advantage.
