Job summary

Yosh Hospitality LLC OPC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a seasoned Housekeeping Manager to lead all housekeeping operations across the property. You will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, sanitation and disinfection, while coordinating daily staffing, scheduling and task allocation.

You will supervise, train and evaluate teams, work with Engineering for repairs and preventive maintenance, and drive deep-cleaning programs year-round.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ professional housekeeping experience in similar role, with at least 7 years in a Housekeeping Manager role within a private residence, luxury hotel or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping techniques, laundry and wardrobe care for delicate/high-value textiles.
• Experience managing a team and coordinating schedules, training and performance reviews.
• Exceptional attention to detail and high service standards.
• Strong leadership, training, and team-management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Responsibilities
