Responsibilities

• Supervise the housekeeping team: train, schedule and oversee cleanliness in guest rooms and areas.
• Conduct room and area inspections: routine checks of checkout rooms and inspections of occupied rooms.
• Coordinate maintenance needs: report and follow up on maintenance issues or facility concerns.
• Oversee special housekeeping projects: schedule and supervise periodic deep cleaning and other initiatives.
• Manage inventory and equipment: maintain stock levels and proper maintenance of equipment.
• Delight our guests: ensure excellent service, including VIP and special requests.
