Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in housekeeping within high‑standard hotels.
• Experience managing large housekeeping teams in fast‑paced environments.
• Advanced knowledge of cleaning chemicals, machinery and surface care.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all brand housekeeping standards hotel‑wide.
• Lead daily operations with supervision, coaching and follow‑up.
• Act as SME for cleaning methods, chemicals, equipment and surface care.
• Identify and resolve complex cleaning and sanitation challenges.
• Conduct quality inspections and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and train team members to foster accountability and excellence.
• Support employee retention through effective communication and recognition.
• Oversee scheduling, inventories, records and reporting.
