Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisor Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool and other spaces to ensure quality standards.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining and motivating employees.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office and Laundry to align on room status and priority tasks.
• Follow safety policies and report hazards or maintenance issues.
• Enter and locate work-related information using computers/ POS systems and communicate room changes to shifts.
