Responsabilidades

• Direct day-to-day housekeeping operations on floors or public areas to ensure cleanliness.
• Assign work to supervisory and non-supervisory staff for prompt guest service.
• Inspect rooms, floors and public areas; ensure cleanliness and repairs as needed.
• Coordinate with other sections and departments on appearance and room status; follow up on issues.
• Assist recruitment and identify training needs; develop and implement training plans.
• Conduct monthly training sessions for staff.
• Schedule routine supervisor inspections of housekeeping areas.
• Control usage of amenities and cleaning supplies within budget.
• Monitor Lost and Found, Key Control, Security and Health & Safety procedures.
• Adapt responsibilities as business needs change; work in a multinational environment.
