Job summary

Kempinski Hotels in Dubai is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to direct day-to-day housekeeping operations on floors and public areas, ensuring the highest cleanliness standards. You will assist Executive Housekeepers with planning and staff development.

The role requires 2–3 years in a supervisory housekeeping position, preferably in a 5-star hotel, with strong teamwork and leadership skills. You will coordinate across departments to maintain room status and service quality.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to a high school graduate.
• Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping.
• Preferably in a 5-star hotel.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work assignments of supervisory and non-supervisory staff to ensure prompt and courteous service for guests and other departments.
• Check Public Areas/Floors to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and replacement/refurnishing as required; VIP rooms receive special attention.
• Coordinate with other housekeeping sections and departments on matters affecting appearance and room status; follow up on outstanding issues.
