Job summary

Rose Rayhaan by Rotana in Dubai is seeking a passionate housekeeping supervisor dedicated to guest satisfaction and team leadership. The role involves planning staff assignments, supervising cleaning of rooms and corridors, and ensuring operations meet Rotana standards.

You will train attendants, handle VIP requests, manage inventory and equipment, and collaborate with the front of house to maintain exceptional cleanliness and service quality.

Qualifications

• Diploma or vocational training in hospitality preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English; strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Opera experience is an advantage for the role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Housekeeping Attendants job assignments.
• Issue keys and supplies to Housekeeping Attendants.
• Take note of VIPs, Do Not Disturb, Sleep Out, Double-Lock Rooms and take appropriate action.
• Attend daily meetings and receive special instructions.
• Receive check-outs before reporting them as vacant.
• Receive special requests from guests and carry them out.
• Inspect areas cleaned using checklist to ensure cleaning is adequate, supplies in room are as per standard and immediate repairs are reported.
• Fill out report and hand over found articles to the lost and found department.
• Supervise cleaning of guest rooms, corridors and stairwells.
• Train and assist Housekeeping Attendants and advise Superior about performance.
• Assist with inventory and ensure that all housekeeping machines and equipment are properly handled and maintained.

Overview

We are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic guest‑focused housekeeping professional who prides themselves on delivering extraordinary customer service and providing creative solutions to our guests.

This position is based at Rose Rayhaan by Rotana, Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Housekeeping Attendants job assignments
• Issue keys and supplies to Housekeeping Attendants

Good command of written and spoken English, along with strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities are essential. Computer literacy and previous experience with Opera are an advantage.
