Qualifications

• Written and spoken fluency in English.
• Two years’ prior tenure in a similar role.
• International luxury resort chain background.

Responsibilities

• Answer all housekeeping calls and log messages for prompt action.
• Coordinate housekeeping staff and daily tasks, including room assignments and inspections.
• Maintain inventory of linen and supplies; place orders with management guidance.
• Generate operational reports to support housekeeping leadership.
• Communicate operational concerns to leadership and follow up actions.
• Assist housekeeping team in maintaining clean and organized public and guest areas.
