Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts in Ras Al Khaimah seeks a Housekeeping Coordinator to support the supervisor in delivering exceptional guest experiences through clean, orderly public areas and rooms.

You will coordinate housekeeping and laundry operations, supervise staff, manage room assignments, maintain inventory, and generate reports. Excellent English, strong organizational skills and prior luxury resort experience are required; willingness to work flexible shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• Post Secondary Education in Hotel Administration / Business Administration.
• Two years’ prior tenure in a similar role.
• International luxury resort chain background.
• A keen eye for detail and strong work ethic.
• Good organizational skills, ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, and manage a dynamic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Written and spoken fluency in English. Fluency in another language an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate housekeeping and laundry operations alongside supervisor.
• Log and communicate guest requests promptly for fast service.
• Delegate tasks and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Lead housekeeping staff in daily operations and room assignments.
• Maintain knowledge of housekeeping services, outlets, and hours of operation.
• Prepare and distribute periodic housekeeping reports.
