You will act as the central link between the front desk, maintenance, and housekeeping, coordinating schedules, tracking room status in the PMS, and supporting payroll data entry for the executive housekeeping team.

• Monitors stock levels of guest amenities, linens, cleaning supplies, and uniforms.
• Receives guest calls and requests and ensures prompt delivery by field staff.
• Handles housekeeping paperwork including timesheets, attendance logs, lost and found tracking, and key control logs.

A Housekeeping Coordinator plays a vital operational role in hotels, resorts, or healthcare facilities by managing communications, scheduling, and logistics between the front desk, maintenance, and the housekeeping floor team. They ensure guest rooms and public spaces meet cleanliness standards with minimal delay.

Core Duties & Responsibilities

• Communication & Room Status Updates: Acts as the central hub connecting the front office and room attendants. Monitors the Property Management System (PMS) to track check-outs, early arrivals, and stay-overs. Promptly updates room status to ensure guests experience seamless check-ins.
• Job Assignment & Coordination: Coordinates daily room cleaning schedules and special deep-cleaning projects. Dispatches work orders to floor supervisors and room attendants based on occupancy levels and guest requests.
• Inventory & Asset Management: Monitors stock levels of guest amenities, linens, cleaning supplies, and uniforms. Conducts regular inventory counts and coordinates with purchasing teams to reorder supplies before shortages happen.
• Guest Request Fulfillment: Receives guest calls and requests for extra pillows, cribs, towels, or maintenance issues. Logs these requests immediately and ensures they are delivered promptly by the field staff.
• Administrative Support: Handles daily housekeeping paperwork including timesheets, attendance logs, lost and found tracking, and key control logs. Assists the Executive Housekeeper in scheduling and payroll data entry.
