Job summary

NH Collection Ibn Battuta Hotel in Dubai is seeking a Housekeeping Coordinator to manage communications, scheduling, and logistics between the front desk, maintenance, and the housekeeping floor team. They ensure guest rooms and public spaces meet cleanliness standards with timely room status updates, efficient job assignments, and prompt fulfillment of guest requests.

The role supports the Executive Housekeeper with payroll data entry and daily housekeeping administration.

Qualifications

• Candidates must communicate effectively with the front desk, maintenance, and housekeeping teams.
• Ability to monitor and update PMS room statuses and stay-overs.
• Strong organization and coordination for daily cleaning schedules.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central hub connecting front office and room attendants.
• Monitor PMS to track check-outs, early arrivals, and stay-overs; update room status.
• Coordinate daily room cleaning schedules and dispatch work orders.
• Monitor stock levels of guest amenities, linens, and cleaning supplies; coordinate with purchasing.
• Handle daily housekeeping paperwork including timesheets, attendance logs, and payroll data entry.
