Job summary

Accor Global Reservation Centre in Dubai seeks a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant at Pullman Dubai Jumeirah Lakes Towers - Hotel & Residence. You will clean guest rooms and bathrooms, restock amenities and linen, and maintain towel and supply levels with attention to detail.

The role requires English proficiency, professional grooming, and strong teamwork to deliver flawless service in a dynamic hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as housekeeping attendant.
• Writing, reading & oral proficiency in English.
• Well presented and professionally groomed at all times.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Clean floors, walls, furniture and guest room surfaces as per hotel standards.
• Clean bathrooms, restock linen and amenities, and tidy guest areas.
• Collect garbage and ensure guest rooms are clean and well-maintained.
• Strip and remake beds and check lighting and fixtures.
• Inform supervisor of any defects or maintenance needs in guest rooms.

HOUSEKEEPING ATTENDANT

We are seeking an Housekeeping Attendant who is passionate about flawless service, has an unfailing attention to detail commitment to attend work as scheduled.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean floors, walls, furniture, cupboards etc. of guest room
• Clean patio and furniture
• Clean guest bathroom; restock linen and amenities
• Collect garbage from all receptacles in guestroom
• Strip and remake beds according to hotel standard
• Clean and check lamps and light fixtures
• Clean and fill ice-buckets
• Check and replace hotel collateral and stationary as necessary
• To attend to any extra requirements of the guest.
• To promptly inform the Supervisor of any defects or maintenance work required in the guest rooms.
• To inform the Supervisor of guest comments or complaints.
• To ensure that the trolleys and cubby holes are kept clean and tidy at all times
• Ensure that all garbage is removed from the trolley, corridor and cubby hole are clean and tidy before going off duty.
• Ensure that all linen caddies are placed in the originally position on the corridors before going off duty.
• Be polite and courteous to guest/staff at all times
• Consistently provide professional, friendly and engaging service
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
• Any other reasonable requests made by Management

Qualifications

• Prior experience as housekeeping attendant.
• Writing, reading & oral proficiency in the English language
• Must be well presented and professionally groomed at all times
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
