Accor in Dubai is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant dedicated to flawless service and attention to detail within our hotel. You will perform cleaning of guest rooms, restock amenities, and ensure clean and orderly corridors and public areas.

Ideal candidates have prior housekeeping experience, clear English communication, professional presentation, and a team-oriented mindset to deliver warm, courteous guest experiences daily.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as housekeeping attendant.
• Writing, reading & oral proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Clean floors, walls, furniture, cupboards etc. of guest room.
• Clean patio and furniture.
• Clean guest bathroom; restock linen and amenities.
• Collect garbage from all receptacles in guestroom.
• Strip and remake beds according to hotel standard.
• Check and replace hotel collateral and stationery as necessary.
• Be polite and courteous to guest/staff at all times.

HOUSEKEEPING ATTENDANT

We are seeking an Housekeeping Attendant who is passionate about flawless service, has an unfailing attention to detail commitment to attend work as scheduled.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Clean floors, walls, furniture, cupboards etc. of guest room
• Clean patio and furniture
• Clean guest bathroom; restock linen and amenities
• Collect garbage from all receptacles in guestroom
• Strip and remake beds according to hotel standard
• Clean and check lamps and light fixtures
• Clean and fill ice-buckets
• Check and replace hotel collateral and stationary as necessary
• To attend to any extra requirements of the guest.
• To promptly inform the Supervisor of any defects or maintenance work required in the guest rooms.
• To inform the Supervisor of guest comments or complaints.
• To ensure that the trolleys and cubby holes are kept clean and tidy at all times
• Ensure that all garbage is removed from the trolley, corridor and cubby hole are clean and tidy before going off duty.
• Ensure that all linen caddies are placed in the originally position on the corridors before going off duty.
• Be polite and courteous to guest/staff at all times
• Consistently provide professional, friendly and engaging service
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
• Any other reasonable requests made by Management
