Job summary

The St. Regis Palm Jumeirah in Dubai is seeking a Senior Revenue Manager to balance financial objectives across lodging products and optimize pricing, inventory, and market strategy for the transient, wholesale, and group segments.

The role collaborates with hotel GMs, sales leaders, franchisees and owners to maximize revenue and profit. Full time position based in Dubai with leadership responsibilities in a luxury hotel portfolio.

Qualifications

2-year degree in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 1 year experience in the revenue management, sales and marketing, or related professional area.
4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; no work experience required.

Responsibilities

Analyzes information, identifies current and potential problems and proposes solutions.
Analyzes period end data and trends to forecast needs and obstacles to goals.
Generates updates on transient segments and analyzes booking patterns.
Maintains accurate reservation system information.
Checks distribution channels for positioning and accuracy.
Provides reports and timely results to stakeholders.
Develops and implements revenue tests and market strategies.
Communicates market direction to revenue management and hotel leaders.
