Ideal candidate has at least 3 years of tailoring experience in a 4- to 5-star hotel environment, strong sewing machine skills, and the ability to coordinate with housekeeping and laundry teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in tailoring, preferably in a 4–5 star hotel.
• Experience mending and altering uniforms, linen, curtains, and guest garments.
• Strong attention to finishing quality and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Mend and alter hotel uniforms, room linen, and related textiles according to quality standards.
• Repair guest clothing and ensure timely return of completed garments.
• Attend to simple guest laundry repairs (buttons, seams, small tears).
• Inspect linen and uniforms before laundry processing to spot damages and missing components.
• Operate sewing machines safely and maintain equipment.
• Maintain stock of tailoring supplies and keep work areas organized.
• Support uniform issuance and document tailoring records as required.
• Assist housekeeping and laundry teams in tailoring-related tasks.
