EuroTech is seeking a dynamic Hotel Sales Manager for El-Ain, UAE. You will develop and implement sales strategies to boost hotel revenue and occupancy, while building relationships with corporate clients and agencies.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in hotel sales management, a hospitality degree if possible, and proven ability to meet targets. Strong leadership and negotiation skills are essential to drive growth in a competitive market.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales management.
Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing revenue.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of local market trends and competition.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase hotel revenue.
Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
Negotiate contracts with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, etc.
Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction during events or group bookings.
Train and manage the sales team to achieve their targets.
Prepare sales reports for management review.
