Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue for the hotel
• Identify potential clients through market research and networking
• Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase the hotel’s facilities and services
• Negotiate contracts with clients to secure business deals
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
• Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Monitor market trends and competition to stay ahead in the industry
• Prepare monthly reports on sales performance and projections
• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the hotel’s brand

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or similar role
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
• Strong negotiation skills with proven track record of closing deals
• Knowledge of market trends and competition in the hospitality industry
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends when necessary
