Swissotel Al Murooj Dubai invites applications for a Hotel Reservations Specialist. You will manage reservations input and processing, ensuring accuracy in the Opera system while leveraging upselling opportunities to maximize revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
• Minimum one year of professional experience in hotel reservation or guest-facing role.
• Proficiency in computer systems and office applications.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Be aware of hotel occupancy and ADR today, month-to-date and against budget.
• Maximize hotel yield through upselling and suggestive selling per standards.
• Follow OSM standards and stay informed of daily hotel events.
• Attend training sessions as scheduled.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, rooms, hours, restaurants, and events.
