Job summary

With a Bachelor’s in Hotel Management and 4+ years in leadership, you will guide teams, manage budgets, and collaborate across sales, events, and procurement to boost revenue and guest satisfaction cluster-wide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management, Culinary arts, or related field.
• 4+ years’ related experience, including management experience.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of restaurants, bars, banquets, room service, and minibars within IHG DFC cluster.
• Lead F&B teams and ensure adherence to HR policies.
• Collaborate with sales, events and procurement for guest experience and ops.
• Establish SMART systems to monitor achievement of departmental goals.
• Ensure compliance with hospitality laws and brand standards.
