You will play a key role in managing people, enhancing guest satisfaction, supporting revenue growth, and ensuring the hotel maintains the highest standards of service and operational efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; 6–8+ years of progressive experience in hotel operations, with previous experience as a Hotel Manager or in a senior hotel leadership role.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Rooms Division and overall hotel operations; experience with budgeting, cost control, revenue management, and KPIs.
• Core Competencies: Proven leadership and team development abilities; UAE hospitality experience preferred; strong knowledge of guest services and operational performance.
