Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond and attend to guest repair requests.
• Communicate with guests to resolve maintenance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment in the kitchen and mechanical rooms.
• Inspect tools, equipment, and systems; identify and locate shut-offs.
• Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts as needed.
• Use safety procedures and Lockout/Tagout when performing maintenance.
• Test and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC components as required.
• Complete daily activity reports and communicate issues to oncoming shifts.
